Роль биржевой торговли в развитии и укреплении торгово-экономического сотрудничества Беларуси и Казахстана планируется повысить, обеспечив максимально широкое применение биржевых инструментов субъектами хозяйствования двух стран. Об этом шла речь во время прошедшего в Астане белорусско-казахстанского биржевого семинара, организованного Белорусской универсальной товарной биржей совместно с посольством Беларуси в Казахстане, Министерством торговли и интеграции Казахстана и Национальной палатой предпринимателей Казахстана "Атамекен", сообщили БЕЛТА в пресс-службе биржи.
Такие меры позволят масштабировать экономический эффект от участия в биржевых торгах и создаст благоприятные условия для дальнейшего увеличения взаимного товарооборота. Данному вопросу, а также возможностям более тесной интеграции биржевого механизма во внешнеторговую деятельность и поиску новых точек роста в этой сфере и был посвящен семинар. В мероприятии приняли участие свыше 50 представителей казахстанского бизнеса, заинтересованных в работе на белорусской биржевой площадке. При этом, по словам председателя правления БУТБ Александра Осмоловского, активизация взаимодействия с деловыми кругами Казахстана - это не спонтанное решение, а закономерный процесс в рамках формирования общего биржевого товарного рынка на просторах Евразийского экономического союза.
"Как и казахстанские товарные биржи, наша электронная площадка является основополагающим элементом рыночной инфраструктуры, который решает такие важные задачи, как ценообразование, содействие экспорту, справедливое распределение сырьевых ресурсов, стимулирование конкуренции. Поэтому пристальное внимание к биржевым инструментам и их использованию в трансграничной торговле - это не просто дань моде, а отражение экономической политики государства, направленной на повышение эффективности сбытовой и закупочной деятельности субъектов хозяйствования", - подчеркнул руководитель БУТБ.
В ходе мероприятия рассмотрены все ключевые аспекты организации и проведения биржевых торгов, доведена подробная информация о порядке и условиях аккредитации на БУТБ и обозначены актуальные товарные позиции для взаимной биржевой торговли между Беларусью и Казахстаном. Так, в части экспорта основные усилия планируется сосредоточить на увеличении поставок белорусских пиломатериалов, мясо-молочной продукции и кормовых добавок, а в части импорта - на закупках казахстанской металлопродукции, угля, зерновых, шротов и семян масличных культур для промышленной переработки.
В настоящее время на БУТБ аккредитованы 154 резидента Казахстана, один из которых имеет статус биржевого брокера. По итогам января - февраля 2025 года сумма сделок казахстанских участников торгов выросла на 36%. В структуре биржевого товарооборота Беларуси и Казахстана преобладал импорт белорусского сухого молока, сливочного масла, сахара и пиломатериалов.
ОАО "Белорусская универсальная товарная биржа" создано в 2004 году. Первые торги состоялись в июне 2005 года. Белорусская универсальная товарная биржа - одна из крупнейших товарных бирж в Восточной Европе. Ее главная функция - содействие белорусским предприятиям в экспорте продукции и помощь иностранным компаниям в выходе на белорусский рынок. На бирже продается металло-, лесо-, сельхозпродукция, промышленные и потребительские товары широкой номенклатуры.
