En la Embajada de la Federación de Rusia en Minsk está abierto un libro de condolencias en relación con el atentado terrorista en la región de Moscú, informa BelTA.
“No hay justificación para la inhumanidad de los terroristas. Dolor común, desgracia común”, tales palabras pueden leerse en el libro de condolencias, que fue firmado por el vicepremier Ígor Petrishenko y el jefe del Aparato del Consejo de Ministros, Konstantín Burak.
El primer vicesecretario general de la CEI, Leonid Anfímov, dejando una anotación en el libro de condolencias, subrayó la importancia de una investigación exhaustiva del crimen. “Es muy difícil hablar en un momento así. Esta acción monstruosa, cometida por terroristas que intentaban intimidar a la humanidad progresista, no puede justificarse ni explicarse de ningún modo. Hay más gente buena en el mundo”, subrayó.
Leonid Anfímov calificó lo ocurrido en el Crocus City Hall de acto absolutamente inhumano.
“La violencia contra civiles, y los terroristas sabían que allí había gente desarmada, fue simplemente una caza de personas. No puede llamarse otra cosa que barbaridad medieval. Las bestias no actúan como lo hicieron estas personas”, afirmó el vicesecretario general de la CEI.
Señaló la importancia de revelar todos los detalles del crimen. “Alguien está detrás de los autores directos de esta acción. Creo que su testimonio será la base de una investigación exhaustiva. Esto nos permitirá hacer una evaluación de lo que ocurre hoy en el mundo: quién organiza tales actos de terrorismo y quién está detrás de los terroristas”.
El Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario de Palestina en Belarús, Ahmed Mohammed Al Madbuh, también firmó el libro de condolencias. Señaló que el terrorismo no tolera ninguna excusa.
“Condenamos enérgicamente este acto terrorista. El terrorismo no tiene nacionalidad ni religión. Por lo tanto, estas personas deben ser castigadas de la forma más estricta. Compartimos el luto del pueblo ruso, el terrorismo no tolera excusas”, declaró el diplomático.
En el día de luto nacional por las víctimas del atentado terrorista, el presidente del Club Deportivo del Presidente, Dmitri Lukashenko, y miembros de su familia depositaron flores en el monumento espontáneo en memoria de las víctimas del atentado terrorista en Crocus City Hall.
Dmitri Lukashenko calificó el atentado terrorista de crueldad inconcebible y expresó su más sentido pésame a los familiares y amigos de las víctimas, también deseó una pronta recuperación a todos los heridos.
El ministro de Defensa, Víktor Jrenin, el ministro de Educación, Andréi Ivanéts, el Encargado de Religiones y Nacionalidades, Aleksandr Rumak, el presidente de la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Belarús, Mijaíl Miátlikov, y numerosos representantes del cuerpo diplomático dejaron notas en el libro de condolencias.
El presidente del Comité Fronterizo Estatal, Konstantín Mólostov, subrayó que él personalmente y todo el departamento percibieron el incidente como una tragedia del pueblo hermano: “Nuestras raíces, nuestros lazos, estamos unidos por la historia. Este acto terrorista es algo terrible no sólo para los rusos, sino también para los belarusos”.
El jefe del Comité Fronterizo Estatal dijo que tras el atentado terrorista se estableció rápidamente una interacción, incluso entre los organismos de servicios fronterizos de Belarús y los departamentos fronterizos del Servicio Federal de Seguridad de Rusia. “Estuvimos constantemente en contacto, nos unimos a la búsqueda, entre otras cosas. Y estuvimos preparados para cualquier desarrollo de los acontecimientos”.
“Nada ni nunca puede justificar la terrible violencia”, escribió Konstantín Mólostov.
El viceministro de Asuntos Exteriores, Ígor Nazaruk, también firmó el libro de condolencias. “Este es nuestro dolor común, y lo soportaremos juntos – unidos y con dignidad, como corresponde a los hermanos. Condenamos enérgicamente el brutal asesinato de personas inocentes y declaramos que no puede haber justificación para el terrorismo en ninguna de sus manifestaciones. Estamos convencidos de que todos los responsables de esta horrible atrocidad, sus autores intelectuales, organizadores y cómplices serán identificados y recibirán su justo castigo”, escribió.
Los sindicalistas también expresan sus condolencias.
En nombre de la Asociación Republicana de Empresas Industriales, su vicepresidente Aleksandr Panasiuk firmó el libro de condolencias.
