16 октября впервые в Минске пройдет Форум по развитию электромобильности, участники обсудят развитие электротранспорта и зарядной инфраструктуры в Беларуси - с учетом будущего запуска Белорусской атомной электростанции, промышленный потенциал производства отечественных электромобилей, научные разработки в области электротранспорта.
Как планируется, доля электрифицированного пассажирского транспорта в регулярном сообщении к 2025 году должна вырасти до 30%. Эта задача заложена в госпрограмме развития транспортного комплекса. Стоит отметить, что аналогичные подходы отражены и в Национальной стратегии устойчивого развития Беларуси до 2030 года. Но несмотря на преимущества электротранспорта, есть технические и экономические аспекты, которые сдерживают его развитие как в Беларуси, так в и других странах. К экономическим можно отнести тарифы на электроэнергию и стоимость электротранспорта, а к техническим - развитие сети зарядных станций и проблему утилизации.
Интерес белорусских водителей к электромобилям за последнее время значительно вырос — не только потому, что это модный мировой тренд, но и за счет стимулирующих мер, принятых в стране в начале этого года. Участники форума обсудят, какие условия необходимы для динамичного развития рынка электротранспорта в Беларуси, каким будет транспорт будущего и как при этом изменится городская инфраструктура.
Развитие электротранспорта обсуждаем в студии в международного радио «Беларусь» с руководителем группы перспективного развития новых энергетических технологий производственного объединении “Белоруснефть” Анатолием Котляровым и пресс-секретарём Министерства энергетики Ольгой Козлович:
Форум пройдет по нескольким тематическим панелям:
Господдержка. Отмена въездных пошлин, налоговый вычет НДС, отмена транспортного налога, «зеленые» номера для электрокаров — какое влияние эти меры оказали на продвижение электротранспорта в Беларуси? Какие дополнительные шаги нужны, в том числе в сфере совершенствования законодательства для того, чтобы спрос на электрокары продолжал расти?
Прогноз развития электротранспорта в Беларуси с учетом собственных разработок техники и технологий. Обновление городского пассажирского транспорта, белорусский сегмент легковых автомобилей — расскажем о планах на среднесрочную перспективу.
Развитие инфраструктуры и сети электрозаправок. Ждать ли новшеств в этой сфере? Будут ли меняться подходы по использованию электрозаправок?
Электротранспорт как часть формирования здоровой городской среды. Что дает развитие сегмента для экологии? Станут ли электрокары возможностью внести вклад в улучшение окружающей среды.
Необходимость создания Ассоциации электротранспорта в Беларуси для более эффективного решения актуальных вопросов в области развития электротранспорта
В мероприятии примут участие представители Минэнерго, ПО «Белоруснефть», Минпрома, Минтранса, Минприроды, Академии наук Беларуси, Госавтоинспекции, а также предприятий и компаний, деятельность которых связана с электротранспортом. Организаторами выступают Министерство энергетики и ПО «Белоруснефть».
