Культурно-гуманитарное взаимодействие - это мягкая сила, создающая фундамент доверия, отметил первый заместитель премьер-министра Николай Снопков, выступая в городе Ланьчжоу провинции Ганьсу на церемонии открытия первого Белорусско-китайского форума регионов, сообщает корреспондент БЕЛТА.
"Устойчивое экономическое партнерство невозможно без глубокого культурного и человеческого переплетения. Наша стратегия заключается в формировании не просто торговых потоков, а общих смыслов, - подчеркнул Николай Снопков. - Беларусь и Китай обладают уникальной совместимостью ценностей: уважение к традициям, институтам семьи, стремление к созидательному труду и приоритет стабильности".
Страны активно переходят от точечных культурных обменов к системной работе. Это совместные образовательные программы, туристические и лечебно-оздоровительные проекты.
"Особый акцент на прямых контактах между людьми, ведь Беларусь - это безопасная, гостеприимная страна с богатой историей и отличной экологической обстановкой. Наш приоритет - воспитать поколение специалистов и граждан, для которых белорусско-китайская дружба является не абстрактным понятием, а личной жизненной позицией", - отметил первый заместитель премьер-министра.
"Мы хорошо знаем и помним, что провинция Ганьсу - это колыбель Шелкового пути, легендарный коридор Хэси (Ганьсуйский коридор), по которому тысячелетиями шли караваны. Но сегодня наши караваны - это железнодорожные составы Беларусь - Китай, это технологии, это информационные потоки", - отметил Николай Снопков.
"Мы физически и ментально возрождаем Великий шелковый путь, но на новом технологическом витке", - заметил Николай Снопков.
Он считает, что само время требует перехода в сотрудничестве между Беларусью и Китаем от модели "центр - центр" к модели "регион - регион".
"И то, что этот механизм запускается именно здесь, в Ланьчжоу, а не в Пекине или Минске, это глубоко символично. Это знак доверия и зрелости наших отношений", - подчеркнул первый вице-премьер. - Как сказал великий китайский философ Лао-цзы: "Дорога в тысячу ли начинается с первого шага". Сегодня мы делаем этот шаг вместе. Моя мечта - чтобы через несколько лет, оглядываясь назад, мы сказали: "Да, та самая новая экономическая реальность началась именно в Ланьчжоу".
Николай Снопков пожелал всем участникам форума предметного разговора, взаимовыгодных договоров и контрактов, большой человеческой дружбы. "Беларусь открыта для вас сердцем и экономикой", - резюмировал первый заместитель премьер-министра Республики Беларусь.
Организаторами этого масштабного мероприятия выступают Министерство иностранных дел Беларуси и Гродненский облисполком, Китайское народное общество дружбы с заграницей и Народное правительство провинции Ганьсу.
Тема форума - "Объединение сил регионов во имя совместного развития и процветания". Накануне, 30 июня, уже начали проходить бизнес-встречи и мероприятия. Форум собрал более 270 участников из 23 регионов КНР и представителей всех областей Беларуси и города Минска.
На полях форума планируется подписание около 40 двусторонних документов в сфере инвестиций, торговли, межрегионального, научно-техническое сотрудничества и гуманитарного сотрудничества.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
