Durante su visita a Ostrovéts, el Presidente de Belarús, Aleksandr Lukashenko, se familiarizó con el desarrollo social y económico de la región, informa BelTA.
El jefe del Comité Ejecutivo de la provincia de Grodno, Vladímir Karánik, informó al Jefe de Estado sobre el cumplimiento del plan integral de desarrollo de la región.
“Ostrovéts cambió radicalmente. Se convirtió en una región diferente. Si en 2010 era una pequeña región agrícola, donde la porción de la agricultura era el 51 %, el resto – el comercio y un poco de la construcción, entonces según los datos de los nueve meses de este año, el 90 % corresponde a la industria”.
Aleksandr Lukashenko se interesó por la situación en el mercado laboral, el desarrollo de diversos sectores económicos en la región y la vida social.
Según Vladímir Karánik, si en 2010 Ostrovéts representaba menos del 0,1 % en la estructura de la industria de toda la provincia, entonces ahora – el 7,3 %.
“Se realizó un gran trabajo para desarrollar las infraestructuras de la región. Se invirtieron 467,5 millones de rublos belarusos – una inversión sin precedentes en el capital humano. Si en 2010 la tasa de natalidad en la región era casi un 2 % inferior a la media provincial, ahora es un 30 % superior. Ostrovéts es la primera región que apretó la tijera demográfica. Es una ciudad que se está desarrollando”, subrayó.
El médico jefe del Hospital Clínico Central de Ostrovéts, Vladímir Mozheiko, informó detalladamente al Presidente sobre las actividades de la institución médica.
Durante su viaje de trabajo, el mandatario también se reunió con especialistas y constructores de la CN de Belarús, trabajadores de infraestructuras sociales y residentes de Ostrovéts.
