La situación internacional sigue siendo extremadamente tensa, se agudizaron todos los retos y amenazas. Lo cita el mensaje de bienvenida enviado por el Presidente de Belarús, Aleksandr Lukashenko, a los participantes de la XI Conferencia de Moscú sobre Seguridad Internacional, dieron a conocer a BelTA las fuentes de información oficiales del líder belaruso.
“En la última década tales reuniones y comunicaciones en formato de diálogo multilateral sobre áreas prioritarias de la seguridad global y regional se hicieron muy demandadas y relevantes. Permiten intercambiar opiniones profesionales, evaluar la dinámica en todas las regiones del planeta, conciliar la agenda sobre cuestiones clave para la preservación de la paz. La situación internacional actual sigue siendo extremadamente tensa. Se agudizaron prácticamente todos los retos y amenazas conocidos. El derecho internacional en materia de control de armamentos quedó desacreditado. Los riesgos de utilización de armas de destrucción masiva, incluidas las provocaciones con medios de destrucción nucleares y biológicos, son cada vez mayores”, notó el estadista.
El Jefe de Estado afirmó que las guerras de la información y los ciberdelitos se convirtieron en un poderoso factor de inestabilidad económica y nacional para todos los estados sin excepción.
En la actualidad, un nuevo tipo de arma que socava el sistema de comercio internacional y las relaciones económicas son los diversos tipos de medidas restrictivas y sanciones, que dejaron de ser una herramienta para imponer la paz y la seguridad transformándose en una compleja amenaza de escala mundial.
“En este contexto, siendo un partidario consecuente de la paz y la seguridad y cumpliendo con sus compromisos internacionales anteriores, la República de Belarús, junto con sus socios y en el marco de la Unión de Estados de Belarús y Rusia, hace todo lo posible para fortalecer la cooperación en la lucha contra los desafíos transnacionales y las amenazas de diversa índole. Al desplegar armas nucleares tácticas en el territorio belaruso, respondemos adecuadamente a la militarización acelerada de Europa del Este y a la creciente actividad militar de los Estados Unidos de América y de la OTAN. Al mismo tiempo, esto no anula las iniciativas de paz presentadas por la parte belarusa en aras de la reanudación del diálogo sobre la seguridad europea y mundial en igualdad de condiciones en beneficio de todo el planeta – nuestro hogar común”, subrayó el mandatario belaruso.
Dirigiéndose a los participantes en la conferencia, Aleksandr Lukashenko expresó la seguridad de que la entrevista de Moscú serviría al fortalecimiento de la cooperación entre los estados y los pueblos, se convertiría en una etapa importante en el camino hacia la construcción de un nuevo sistema de seguridad internacional.
