Kazajistán siempre era y seguirá siendo un socio fiable para Belarús. Lo declaró el presidente de la Cámara de Representantes, Vladímir Andréichenko, el 17 de mayo en una reunión con el presidente de la Cámara Baja del Parlamento kazajo, Erlan Koshanov, informa BelTA.
Vladímir Andréichenko felicitó a su colega por el éxito de las elecciones parlamentarias y le deseó buena suerte. Los diputados belarusos participaron en la observación de la campaña electoral y notaron que se desarrolló a un alto nivel.
“Kazajistán siempre era y seguirá siendo un socio fiable para Belarús. Estamos interesados en seguir desarrollando nuestras relaciones en un espíritu de amistad, entendimiento mutuo y cooperación. Belarús está dispuesta para esto, y los lazos interparlamentarios desempeñan un papel importante en esto”, resaltó Vladímir Andréichenko.
El jefe de la Cámara de Representantes siempre recuerda con cariño sus visitas a Kazajistán. Dio las gracias al anterior jefe del Grupo de Amistad, que contribuyó mucho al fortalecimiento de la interacción, y expresó la esperanza de que en la Cámara Baja elijan a un candidato digno para sustituirlo.
Según Vladímir Andréichenko, los tiempos son difíciles: la operación especial en Ucrania, las sanciones injustificadas. Él cuenta con que la política de los estados occidentales respecto a Belarús no afecte a la cooperación entre los dos países – que la cooperación en la economía, educación, sanidad, cultura y ciencia continúe. Añadió que se está estudiando la posibilidad de celebrar en otoño en Belarús una reunión de la comisión intergubernamental para la cooperación económico-comercial (el año pasado se celebró en Astaná).
Por su parte, Erlan Koshanov agradeció las felicitaciones. Llegó a Belarús para participar en una reunión del Consejo de la Asamblea Parlamentaria de la Organización del Tratado de Seguridad Colectiva (OTSC). En su encuentro con Vladímir Andréichenko se discutieron los asuntos actuales de la intensificación del diálogo parlamentario belaruso-kazajo.
La cooperación interparlamentaria belaruso-kazaja se basa en los acuerdos de cooperación entre el Consejo de la República y el Senado del Parlamento de Kazajistán (firmado el 23 de abril de 2013 en Astaná) y entre la Cámara de Representantes y la Cámara Baja del Parlamento de Kazajistán (firmado el 16 de junio de 2015 en Astaná). En la Asamblea Nacional hay un grupo de trabajo para la cooperación dirigido por Svetlana Liubétskaya, presidenta de la Comisión Permanente de Legislación de la Cámara de Representantes. En la actualidad, en la Cámara Baja del Parlamento kazajo se está formando una nueva composición del grupo sobre cooperación. Las partes intercambian visitas a nivel de los jefes de los Parlamentos y las comisiones especializadas de los dos países.
