Ibrahim Salim Mohamed Al Musharrakh, Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos (EAU) en Belarús, visitó el Ministerio del Interior el 12 de mayo. En una reunión con el ministro del Interior, Iván Kubrakov, se discutió la firma de documentos bilaterales y la cooperación entre los organismos encargados de hacer cumplir la ley, comunicaron a BelTA en el ente.
Iván Kubrakov subrayó que valora mucho las relaciones con los EAU. “Nuestros países tienen un potencial inagotable para el desarrollo de la cooperación en todos los ámbitos pertinentes, incluido el mantenimiento de la seguridad y el orden público en nuestros países. Dos acuerdos internacionales ya están preparados para su firma”, notó el ministro belaruso.
Iván Kubrakov también añadió que se está estudiando otro documento bilateral.
Al agradecer la calurosa acogida, Ibrahim Salim Mohamed Al Musharrakh señaló que durante el año que lleva en el país como embajador se aseguró de la seguridad y la apertura de la república. “Por mi parte, haré todo lo posible para firmar los documentos elaborados lo antes posible. También me dirigí a los Ministerios de Asuntos Exteriores de los dos países con la propuesta de firmar un memorando de cooperación estratégica entre nuestros países. Esto nos permitirá desarrollar la cooperación en muchas áreas”.
Las partes acordaron intercambiar puntos de vista sobre asuntos de interés tanto en persona, mediante visitas de delegaciones, como por videoconferencia. El diplomático emiratí está convencido de que una amplia gama de funcionarios de los EAU podrán familiarizarse por videoconferencia con las actividades del Ministerio del Interior y de Belarús en general. Para demostrar que las informaciones desacreditadoras difundidas por algunos medios de comunicación no tienen nada que ver con la realidad.
