La exportación sigue siendo una prioridad absoluta en el trabajo del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores. Lo declaró el primer ministro belaruso, Román Golóvchenko, en el colegio de la Cancillería, informa BelTA.
“La exportación sigue siendo una prioridad incondicional en el trabajo. Este año será aún más intenso para nosotros. Es necesario no solo resistir en estas condiciones, sino también aumentar un 5,5 % la exportación de bienes y servicios. Es sumamente importante garantizar el crecimiento de los volúmenes físicos”, acentuó el premier.
El socio número uno de Belarús es Rusia, subrayó Román Golóvchenko. En 2022 se aseguró cierto aumento de los volúmenes físicos de entregas, incluidos camiones, televisores, estructuras metálicas, productos petrolíferos, neumáticos.
“Pero no podemos relajarnos. Es necesario participar en la implementación de los programas federales y regionales rusos, ampliar la cooperación industrial y crear instalaciones de producción conjuntas, sin esperar a que la parte rusa cree estas instalaciones de producción con otros socios. La Cancillería no debe ser un observador externo en materia de integración en la Unión con Rusia. La parte rusa vincula la implementación de una serie de acuerdos con la realización de 28 programas conjuntos, por lo que la Cancillería debe participar activamente en este proceso”, exigió el jefe de Gobierno.
La Unión Económica Euroasiática (UEE) sigue siendo un área importante de trabajo. Según Román Golóvchenko, es necesario interactuar de la manera más eficiente posible en todas las plataformas de la UEE con socios en la integración euroasiática, fortaleciendo los lazos económicos extranjeros y de cooperación con ellos.
“Una de las principales áreas de trabajo de la diplomacia belarusa a largo plazo seguirá siendo el desarrollo de la cooperación con los países extranjeros. Las visitas de alto nivel a estos países deben volverse regulares y llenas de proyectos reales. Los esfuerzos deben concentrarse en la implementación de la tarea del Jefe de Estado de acelerar la adhesión de Belarús a la OCS. Es menester desarrollar un formato para una interacción efectiva – con beneficios económicos reales – entre Belarús y BRICS”, marcó el primer ministro.
Durante la reunión Román Golóvchenko señaló que, en general, el trabajo de la Cancillería no provoca crítica particular. Al mismo tiempo, considera necesario reactivar las actividades de las agencias extranjeras en esta dirección. “A ellos, como antes, les falta actividad e iniciativa: algunos todavía se enfocan en transmitir los mensajes del centro. Utilicen todos los canales disponibles, contactos bilaterales y plataformas de organismos internacionales para comunicar claramente nuestra posición en la agenda internacional”, instruyó.
