Belarús planifica atraer al negocio bursátil a las pymes de la provincia de Samara de Rusia Lo comunicó a BelTA el portavoz de la Bolsa Universal de Comercio de Belarús (BCB), Román Yániv.
El acuerdo sobre la cooperación entre la BCB y la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de la provincia de Samara se firmó el 27 de junio durante la visita oficial de la delegación de la región rusa a Belarús. De parte de la BCB el documento lo firmó el primer vicepresidente del directorio Eduard Belski, de parte de la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de la provincia de Samara – su director Valeri Fomichev. Se espera que la unión de las fuerzas de los dos sistemas impulse el desarrollo del negocio bursátil entre Belarús y la provincia de Samara ante todo gracias a la atracción a la plataforma bursátil belarusa de las pymes.
“Gracias a la flexibilidad, movilidad y aspiración a las innovaciones, según regla general, precisamente las empresas medianas privadas se convierten en participantes más activos de las licitaciones bursátiles. Por eso, firmando el acuerdo de cooperación con la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de la provincia de Samara esperamos, ante todo, la asistencia en la atracción al negocio bursátil de las pymes. Ahora en la bolsa están acreditadas 46 compañías de Samara, 10 de las cuales llegaron después de la visita de la delegación de la BCB a Toliatti el pasado mes de noviembre. Certifica la existencia del interés hacia el mecanismo bursátil, sólo hay que seguir informando a los representantes de la comunidad empresarial de Samara sobre las oportunidades de la integración de los instrumentos bursátiles en las actividades comerciales y de compras. Con el apoyo de la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Samara esperamos ampliar bastante el círculo de participante desde esta región de Rusia”, precisó Eduard Belski.
Los planes más próximos de la BCB y la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de la provincia de Samara son desarrollar un programa detallado de actividades conjuntas antes del fin del año actual. Entre otras cosas, en dicho programa se incluirán los seminarios presenciales y en línea, presentaciones, mesas redondas y otros eventos orientados al aumento del conocimiento de las compañías de Samara sobre el potencial del negocio bursátil como una forma alternativa de hacer negocios en Belarús. Mientras tanto, una de las direcciones prioritarias será la cooperación en el campo de sustitución de importaciones tanto en lo que toca a los productos para reemplazar los importados desde la provincia de Samara, como en lo que toca a la venta de los análogos belarusos de las mercancías sancionadas a los consumidores de Samara.
