La Bolsa Universal de Comercio de Belarús (BCB) está dispuesta para asegurar unos suministros sin interrupción de los productos agrícolas belarusos a China. Lo declaró el primer vicepresidente del directorio de la BCB, Andréi Nóvikov, en el transcurso de una entrevista con los representantes de la corporación de ingeniería САМСЕ que había expresado el interés en las compras de carne y otros productos del complejo agroindustrial con el empleo del mecanismo de la bolsa, dieron a conocer a BelTA en el servicio de prensa de la BCB.
“Nuestra plataforma permite acumular las ofertas de los mayores fabricantes agrarios belarusos. De este modo, podremos, ante todo, asegurar siempre el volumen de productos que necesitan, en el segundo lugar, el carácter rítmico de los suministros. Además, la bolsa controla el cumplimiento de todos los acuerdos, es decir, en comparación con la cooperación según los esquemas fuera de la bolsa, el riesgo es mínimo”, destacó Andréi Nóvikov.
También señaló que ya que la corporación de ingeniería САМСЕ es un gran accionista del Parque Industrial Chino-Belaruso “Gran Piedra”, se abren unas perspectivas amplias para la interacción en la logística. “Teniendo en cuenta la infraestructura existente y el lugar de ubicación Gran Piedra podría convertirse en un centro logístico ideal para la consolidación de las cargas en contenedores con las mercancías que se venden a China a través de la bolsa. Son, ante todo, madera aserrada, aceite de colza, leche en polvo, carne y fibra de lino. Las mercancías citadas gozan de demanda en el mercado chino por eso no habrá problema de llenado de contenedores”, está convencido el primer presidente adjunto del directorio de la BCB.
El vicejefe de la representante de la corporación de ingeniería САМСЕ en Belarús a su vez confirmó la disposición de la corporación para promover la cooperación con la BCB en lo que toca a las compras de carne de vaca y en adelante también de otras mercancías del grupo agrario que se presentan en las licitaciones de bolsa. “En 2021, nuestra sucursal adquirió en Belarús carne de vaca por 4 millones de dólares. Este año nos gustaría aumentar los volúmenes de las compras incluso con el empleo de la plataforma de la bolsa. Mientras tanto, nos interesa no sólo carne, también otros productos agrarios de producción belarusa. Con ayuda de la bolsa esperamos ampliar la lista de los suministradores y llegar a unos acuerdos más ventajosos en comparación con los contratos directos. En lo que toca a su oferta logística, la estudiaremos al pie de la letra y contestaremos proto”, aseguró el representante de la САМСЕ.
La corporación de ingeniería САМСЕ se fundó en 2001, forma parte de la Corporación Nacional de Maquinaria de China (SINOMACH), empresa pública bajo la administración directa del Gobierno central de la República Popular China. La САМСЕ tiene 9 grandes subsidiarias, más de 30 filiales en China y 60 en el extranjero.
