Беларусь и Китай подписали соглашение о сотрудничестве в сельскохозяйственной сфере по проекту индустриального парка международного сотрудничества (район Цаофэйдянь) для реализации инициативы "Пояс и путь", сообщили БЕЛТА в пресс-службе Министерства сельского хозяйства и продовольствия.
Подписание состоялось в формате видеоконференции. В числе подписывающих сторон - Минсельхозпрод Беларуси, комплексная бондовая зона района Цаофэйдянь и Рабочий комитет китайской ассоциации малых и средних предприятий по проекту "Пояс и путь". "Уверен, что соглашение позволит проводить важную работу по взаимовыгодному сотрудничеству между нашими странами, что поможет не только выйти на заключение контрактов по взаимным поставкам продукции, но и проработать варианты инвестиционного сотрудничества и участия в совместных проектах на территории как Китая, так и Беларуси. Логическим продолжением может стать организация совместных предприятий по переработке молока и выпуску молочной продукции из белорусского сырья, по выращиванию крупного рогатого скота и производству мясной продукции", - сказал заместитель министра сельского хозяйства и продовольствия Беларуси Игорь Брыло.
Он подчеркнул, что сотрудничество между Беларусью и Китаем носят стратегический и всеобъемлющий характер. Торгово-экономические отношения двух стран в 2019 году вышли на исторический максимум в обороте товаров и услуг. Активно развивается и сотрудничество в агропромышленном комплексе. Уже за первое полугодие 2020 года экспорт белорусского продовольствия в Китай составил $110,9 млн, что в 2,7 раза выше, чем в аналогичном периоде прошлого года. Более половины экспорта (52,5%) составляют поставки на китайский рынок мясной продукции, которой за шесть месяцев отгружено более 18 тыс. т на сумму $58 млн. "Продолжается также рост поставок в Китай белорусской молочной продукции, которую уже по достоинству оценили китайские потребители. Молочных товаров отгружено в Китай в этом году более 85 тыс. т на сумму $32,5 млн", - отметил замминистра.
Для поставок продукции в Китай аккредитованы 56 молокоперерабатывающих организаций, 17 мясокомбинатов, 9 птицефабрик, 7 рыбоперерабатывающих организаций и 4 - по производству свекловичного жома. "Мы готовы предложить китайским потребителям высококачественные сыры, масло, йогурты, цельномолочную, мясную и другую продукцию. Сегодня в Беларуси производится свыше 500 видов мясных продуктов и свыше 1,5 тыс. видов молочных продуктов", - обратил внимание Игорь Брыло.
Ранее Министерство сельского хозяйства и продовольствия Беларуси и Рабочий комитет китайской ассоциации малых и средних предприятий по проекту "Пояс и путь" подписали меморандум о намерениях по стратегическому сотрудничеству сроком на пять лет. В соответствии с меморандумом активно прорабатываются вопросы организации поставок белорусской сельскохозяйственной продукции в зоны свободной торговли отдельных провинций Китая на преференциальных условиях развития электронной торговли.
