Las organizaciones internacionales prestarán a Belarús la ayuda financiera, el dinero será enviado a la modernización del sistema de salud, lo destacó el Presidente de Belarús, Aleksandr Lukashenko, en el marco de la visita en Bobrúisk de la fábrica Slavianka.
“Europa nos arrimará el hombro, en especial los bancos y fondos mundiales, precisamente para la sanidad. Quiero que prestemos atención a los momentos débiles de nuestro sistema de salud y los mejoremos”, enfatizó el estadista.
El Jefe de Estado encargó al Gobierno que toda la asistencia internacional – del Fondo Monetario Internacional, Banco Mundial, Banco Europeo para la Reconstrucción y el Desarrollo – sea dirigida a la modernización del sistema de salud. “Y lo principal, tenemos que desarrollar los hospitales de enfermedades infecciosas. Los salvamos, ahora los salvan a nosotros. Si hubiéramos “optimizado” como algunos, no habríamos tenido tales hospitales, tendríamos lo que ahora tiene Europa”, está seguro el Presidente.
Como se comunicaba, el Fondo Monetario Internacional de momento analiza la solicitud de Belarús respecto al financiamiento rápido debido al empeoramiento de la situación económica global. “El Departamento para Europa del Fondo Monetario Internacional ya tomó la decisión positiva en lo que toca a conceder a Belarús la financiación, el consejo ejecutivo del FMI analizará la cuestión antes de que acabe abril”, explicaron en el Ministerio de Finanzas.
Antes el Fondo Monetario Internacional declaraba sobre la disposición de conceder hasta 40 mil millones de dólares para esos fines a los países de nivel mediano de ingresos tomando en cuenta el empeoramiento brusco de la situación económica global debido a la pandemia del coronavirus. Partiendo de las condiciones del acceso al IFR, Belarús puede pretender a la suma de unos 900 millones de dólares.
El país también está interesado en el crédito del Banco Europeo para la Reconstrucción y el Desarrollo en dimensión de mil millones de dólares para ayudar a los sectores más afectados por el Covid-19. Lo discutieron el 16 de abril el primer vicepremier Dmitri Krutói y el vicepresidente del BERD Alain Pilloux. Las partes acordaron aprovechar el procedimiento rápido de la preparación de decisiones correspondientes.
Con el Banco Mundial fue alcanzado el acuerdo de conceder el préstamo por la suma de 90 millones de euros. “Los medios serán enviados a la compra de los preparados que se necesitan en las organizaciones de salud, igual que equipos, respiradores, mascarillas, trajes protectores, gafas, test, aparatos de ecografía, de respiración artificial, ambulancias, etc.”, lo informó el 15 de abril el Ministerio de Finanzas. Asimismo fueron realizadas las consultas con el Banco Europeo de Inversiones sobre el préstamo de 50 millones de euros para las necesidades del sistema de salud.
