白俄罗斯总统亚历山大·卢卡申科在与中国特命全权大使崔启明举行会谈中说到， 白俄罗斯希望加强与中国的贸易和经济合作，以克服因困难的流行病学情况而引起滞后。
总统指出，与中国大使进行对话时，不仅涉及当下，而且涉及合作前景。 他说：“没有任何人，任何事物，任何冠状病毒可以阻止我们发展双边关系”。亚历山大·卢卡申科在评论贸易和经济合作的发展时说：现在有必要集中精力恢复互动。他强调：“不仅要恢复，恢复与中国的合作，而且要在今年建立这种合作，克服一些滞后。我们将努力做到这一点” 。 国家元首回顾说，在中国的支持下，白俄罗斯正在实施许多项目，包括建设游泳池和体育场。亚历山大·卢卡申科强调说：“这些将是示范性的建设项目。我希望这两个位于欧洲中心的中国项目能够举办大型的国际比赛”。崔启明大使首先转达习近平主席对卢卡申科总统的亲切问候和良好祝愿，并表示，新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，在习近平主席亲自指挥部署下，中国人民经过艰苦卓绝的努力，中国国内疫情防控形势持续向好，已经看到胜利的曙光。疫情发生后，白方向中方提供抗疫物资援助，中方对此表示感谢。白国内出现疫情后，中方感同身受，全力支持白方防控举措，相信白方一定能够最终战胜疫情。当前中白关系处于历史最好时期，中方愿同白方共同落实好习近平主席和总统先生就发展中白关系达成的重要共识，推动中白关系发展取得新的成果，以造福两国和两国人民。白俄罗斯和中国的贸易额在2019年达到46亿美元，比2018年增长22％。国内商品出口达7.126亿美元，同比增长32％。中国向白俄罗斯投资了近1.7亿美元，其中直接投资超过1.41亿美元。备受瞩目的合作项目是工业园“巨石”。截至今年3月，这里已注册58家入园企业，宣布的投资金额为12亿美元。 与中国金融机构签订了35个信贷协议，总金额约84亿美元，资助了22个项目，总金额41亿美元。
中国政府定期向白俄罗斯政府提供免费技术援助。该项目组合包括建设国家足球场，国际标准游泳池，社会住房，支持和发展工业园“巨石”等。

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
