白俄罗斯部分负责人，国家军工委员会主席罗曼•戈洛夫琴科指出，两国关系的特殊战略性质是在整个互动结构中顺序和动态建立的。除其他外，这包括军事技术领域，根据罗曼•戈洛夫琴科，各方提出了一个最佳的互动计划 - 从为两国利益提供军事产品到联合开发和生产高科技产品。
中国部分负责人，中央军事委员会军装备发展部副部长刘胜对两国军事技术合作的成果进行了全面，实质性的分析。他赞扬了这一领域取得的成就，并强调军事技术合作是白中两国战略伙伴关系的重要指标，具有强大的政治基础，正在互利信任的原则上发展。
