亚洲基础设施投资银行行长金立群在会见白俄罗斯总统亚历山大•卢卡申科之后宣布，他相信，白俄罗斯将成为亚洲基础设施投资银行的一个良好的伙伴。
他说到：“我首次来访白俄罗斯。我们与总统进行了非常有效的会晤。我们讨论了进行合作的可能性和本银行对该国社会-经济发展可能发挥的作用。在这次访问之后，我很乐观。我相信，白俄罗斯将成为我们银行的一个非常良好的伙伴。”
此次访问期间，他与政府，相关部委和银行代表进行了一些会议以及参观了“巨石”中白工业园。金立群表示：“我想说白俄罗斯人很幸运：他们拥有可靠，强有力的领导，非常积极的政府，白俄罗斯人自己也是非常勤奋的人。我们很荣幸能与这样一个国家合作。”
他指出，白俄罗斯地理位置具有战略重要性。亚投行行长指出：“这是一欧洲和亚洲之间的一座桥梁，因此，运输系统发展第一。” 因此，该银行决定支持列佩利—波洛茨克公路的建设。 金立群说，参观“巨石”工业园给他留下了深刻的印象。
他说到：“仅仅4年时间，这个工业园已经变成了一个宏伟的设施，我们也想为它的发展做点什么。我们已经有了主动性和一些想法。我们将在返回后在银行讨论这些问题。” 在被问及提供财政资源的条件时，亚投行的负责人表示，他们与其他国际银行的条件相当。
他强调说：“我知道白俄罗斯与其他开发银行有着良好的关系，你们从我们的银行会获得新的合作伙伴和新的融资来源。”

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
