白俄罗斯在发展中国国际公路运输方面具有重大竞争优势。欧洲国际公路运输联盟常驻代表团团长德米特里·切尔佐夫在明斯克的一个商业论坛上表达了这一观点。

俄罗斯与中国签署了一项协议，从2019年开始，俄罗斯公司有史以来第一次允许俄罗斯公司从中国内陆到俄罗斯欧洲部分进行货物商业运输，并有望运往欧洲国家。目前，此类货物已经运往土耳其和欧盟国家。 4月在北京举行的“一带一路”论坛期间，白俄罗斯和中国政府签署了类似的协议。
