白俄罗斯在信息通讯技术发展指数中排名第32位（由国际电信联盟评定），是信息和通信基础设施发展水平较高的国家集团。该评级是一个集成指标，考虑到互联网的访问，高速连接的质量，有线电视和移动网络，包括高标准，等等。
