消息表示，获得特殊经济区地位的中白工业园将在欧亚经济联盟海关法框架内享受到报关、清关、物流、生产等领域的手续简化和税费降低等优惠。此外，中白工业园内企业还可按照治外法权原则与特殊经济区内、外公司建立关系和组织生产流程。
消息说，特殊经济区与白俄罗斯境内和欧亚经济联盟其他优惠模式相比，更加具有吸引力。
中白工业园位于白俄罗斯首都明斯克郊外，占地91.5平方公里，是白俄罗斯参与“一带一路”倡议的重点项目。2018年中白工业园内注册企业从22家增长至41家，项目投资额预计超过10亿美元。
据通讯社消息，欧洲复兴开发银行于2018年底发布的一份报告显示，中白工业园已成为促进白俄罗斯发展和地区经济一体化的重要因素。
