维捷布斯克州执行委员会第一副主席奥列格•马茨克维奇强调，中白合作在维捷布斯克州有助于实施卢克木里电站项目、建立维捷布斯克水电站、改造奥尔沙亚麻厂、签署关于建立乳品畜牧场的协议等。马茨克维奇肯定，与中国伙伴们的物流合作可以成为成功地互利项目。
马茨克维奇说，向中国供货的运输费达到30-40%。因此白方正在寻找物流公司，以便减低费用。
马茨克维奇认为，中方对奶粉和超高温灭菌乳感兴趣并打算购买“Vitba”糖果厂的产品、酒精饮料、光纤和电缆等。
马茨克维奇说，维捷布斯克肉类和乳制品公司的产品已经获得了相关许可并可以进入中国市场。目前，必须决定，海运还是铁路运输好。因此，我们正在寻找运输公司。
除此之外，中国代表团计划对维捷布斯克市的食品企业和奥尔沙亚麻厂进行参观访问。
