白俄罗斯总统亚历山大•卢卡申科在全国农村发展和提高农业部门效率会上指示政府制定有效机制以实施“未来农村”的构思。 国家元首指出，在不改善农村人口生活质量、提高农村劳动岗位吸引力以及改变农村生活面貌的情况下，要保证该行业拥有高素质的人才，暂缓有劳动能力的农村居民流入城市是不可能的。
因此，还有一项任务就是建设 “未来农村”。总统强调，农村生活水平绝不应落后于城市。 卢卡申科说：“我委托政府与各地区一起制定一个有效的机制，根据各地区的特点实现‘未来农村'的构思。” 他要求采取一切措施促进农业土地的综合发展，包括有效安置小村庄和农场里的空置住房。同时必须制定农村和农业城镇发展规划，最终达成自然与技术的和谐发展。 总统还对怎样提高农村的生活水平十分关注，他说道： “我们应该如何发展哪些前景不太好小村庄？在近期这方面应该有所行动。” 卢卡申科要求白俄罗斯的所有农村和农业城镇制定并全面实施新的社会标准。
他说： “在每一个地区中心、农业镇、农村必须有良好的道路、达标的饮用水、较好的社会服务、必要的商品供应和互联网保障，最好是速度快的网络。” 他强调，只有解决了现存的问题，农业才能够达到新的水平。国家元首指出： “这将是美好的农村生活场面，一个现代化的农村，那里有自己的家，周边是自己的一片耕地，这是白俄罗斯大自然景色与现代化技术的完美结合。”

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
