Беларусь предлагает Таджикистану совместно работать на рынке Афганистана. Об этом Президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко заявил 1 декабря на переговорах с Президентом Таджикистана Эмомали Рахмоном, который находится в Беларуси с рабочим визитом.
"Мы много встречаемся и встречались с руководством, бизнес-кругами, политической элитой Афганистана. Как бы там ни было трудно, все-таки там живут миллионы людей, и они нас часто просят, чтобы мы помогли с технологиями и открыли там производства, - сказал Глава государства. - И я подумал, что если бы мы с вами начали создавать эти предприятия в Таджикистане, в Афганистане (именно с привлечением ваших людей), мы бы это сделали мгновенно".
"Вы хорошими были бы для нас консультантами и проводниками, потому что лучше вас ситуацию в Афганистане, как я вижу, никто не знает. Это хорошая была бы работа на троих", - уверен Александр Лукашенко.
Александр Лукашенко пообещал направить в Таджикистан руководство крупнейших компаний для изучения возможностей создания новых СП.
По словам Президента, он много думал, в каком направлении странам необходимо дальше развивать отношения. "Сегодня у вас ситуация улучшилась еще и потому, что вы наладили блестящие отношения со своими соседями, особенно с Узбекистаном. Уже нет тех проблем, которые когда-то были, особенно по транзиту. По крайней мере, они снимаются", - отметил он.
"И мне кажется, что нам надо придумать что-то такое, что стало бы настоящим фундаментом наших отношений. Это, конечно, экономика", - подчеркнул белорусский лидер. "Я пошлю руководителей крупнейших компаний, в товарах которых вы нуждаетесь, и мы попробуем создать в Таджикистане совместное производство. Оно будет работать и на Таджикистан, и на третьи страны. Думаю, эту идею нам следует обсудить и дать жесткое поручение тем, кто должен ее исполнить", - заявил Президент. Он считает, что две страны могли бы совместно работать на рынке Афганистана, в том числе создавать там производства.
Что касается политики и дипломатии, Глава государства констатировал, что у сторон в этой сфере наиболее близкие позиции. "Мы всегда договаривались. Ваш один звонок, рекомендация, просьба - мы всегда исполняли. Если я вас попрошу, вы всегда до мелочей щепетильны и пунктуальны. Дай бог, чтобы у нас такие отношения складывались со всеми", - отметил он.
Александр Лукашенко высказал мнение, что экономика Таджикистана уже начала восстанавливаться после кризиса, который ощутила на себе и Беларусь. Он также высказал пожелание, чтобы Эмомали Рахмон подробнее рассказал об опыте своей страны по переходу с углеводородов на местное топливо и чистую энергию. "Хотел бы услышать, как это вам удалось", - сказал он.
Глава государства отметил, что еще с советских времен у него сложились хорошие впечатления о Таджикистане и его столице Душанбе, и такое отношение только укрепилось после того, как он посещал эту страну уже в качестве Президента.
"Мы давние друзья с вами. Я очень люблю Таджикистан. Я был у вас на родине, видел ваше сельское хозяйство, ваше производство, алюминиевый мощный комбинат, - сказал Александр Лукашенко. - Я люблю ваши горы, бывал там вместе с вами, видел эти реки. И хоть у вас сейчас, как вы сказали, маловодье и не хватает дождей, тем не менее это прекрасные красивые горные речки. Я в мире везде уже побывал, но такой красоты не видел. Я искренне хотел бы, чтобы наши с вами отношения - таджикского и белорусского народов - были точно такими красивыми".
