吉利（白俄罗斯）汽车有限公司（BELGEE）在白俄罗斯的鲍里索夫举行全散装件（CKD）工厂的落成典礼，暨首台白俄产Geely Atlas（博越）的下线仪式。白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科、中国驻白俄罗斯大使崔启明、吉利汽车集团总裁、CEO安聪慧等出席典礼。至此，浙江吉利控股集团在国家“一带一路”战略舞台上，实现中国汽车企业从“走出去”到“走进去”的跨越式发展，深度参与“一带一路”沿线国家工业化进程。
为响应国家“一带一路”倡议，进一步推进全球化战略的阶段性成果，吉利与白俄罗斯的全球第二大矿山机械企业BELAZ公司、白俄国家零部件集团合资公司SOYUZ公司共同投资组建吉利（白俄罗斯）汽车有限公司，这是中国与白俄罗斯的首个汽车合资项目。
当天上午，在车间里，伴随着第一辆白俄产Geely Atlas（博越）车型从总装线上，组装完成下线，现场响起掌声。
白俄罗斯国家总统卢卡申科颇为动情：“中白友谊源远流长，新工厂填补了白俄罗斯汽车产业空白，从这座工厂开始，白俄罗斯将通过与中国、吉利汽车的合作带动乘用车配套产业链的全局发展。”
吉利控股集团总裁、吉利汽车集团总裁、CEO安聪慧表示，面对国家“一带一路”战略发展机遇，吉利将“走出去”的思维转变为产品、技术、人才、标准与资本共同输出的产业战略布局。基于这样的认知，吉利将在“白俄吉”工厂，用“走进去”思路练内功，发挥比较优势，深度参与当地工业化，实现中国汽车产业全球化战略布局。
生产吉利牌轿车的白中联合封闭式股份公司“白俄罗斯吉利”成立于2011年。2013年2月在白俄罗斯吉利工厂组装了第一辆汽车。别拉斯公司占“白俄罗斯吉利” 白中联合封闭式股份公司51.49%的股份，浙江吉润汽车有限公司占股33.47%、“汽车技术联合会” 联合封闭式股份公司占股9.01%、中信国际投资有限公司占股6.03%。
据介绍，全新的全散装件(CKD)工厂取名“白俄吉”，位于白俄罗斯鲍里索夫和著名工业城市若季诺之间，占地面积118公顷。在不到30个月的时间里，吉利完成了涂装、焊装、总装全套工艺及辅助设施的工厂建设，规划产能每年6万辆，将在2018年实现50%的全年平均本地化水平，从而逐步打造和完善白俄罗斯的汽车产业链。
新工厂生产的首款车型Geely Atlas（博越）是吉利3.0精品车的代表之一，具备卓越的技术实力和产品品质，上市至今收获了良好口碑。10月份，博越在中国销量已超3万辆，上市至今累计销量超过33万辆，2017年前10个月累计销售超过22.4万余台，成为中国市场最为热销的SUV车型。
白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科兴致盎然，他试乘了刚下线的Geely Atlas（博越），对于该款SUV四驱的动力、卓越的汽车电子技术赞不绝口。吉利控股集团现场赠与了卢卡申科一辆象征中白友谊的帝豪EV300电动汽车。
据悉，未来，新工厂将导入NL-4（远景SUV）和FE-3JC（新一代帝豪）等吉利精品车型，为白俄罗斯及包括俄罗斯、乌克兰在内的独联体市场提供更多高质量、高附加值的汽车产品。在“一带一路”时代号召下，吉利持续加大在白俄罗斯合资项目上的投入，不遗余力地推动白俄乘用车工业的发展。
目前工厂内工作有760人。在10月份，其平均工资相当于465美元（12月份预期平均工资达500美元）。
