Беларусь приняла национальные делегации из 12 стран-членов CEI
Выступает Председатель Совета Республики Национального собрания Михаил Мясникович
Заместитель генерального секретаря Центрально-Европейской инициативы Эрик Чарновиц и делегации 12 стран (Австрия, Словения, Румыния, Польша, Молдова, Хорватия, Болгария, Словакия, Венгрия, Италия, Украина, Беларусь) принимают участие в заседании Парламентского комитета парламентского измерения ЦЕИ. Беларусь рассматривает эту организацию как эффективный инструмент расширения и укрепления регионального сотрудничества. А это, в свою очередь, означает установление новых и активизацию действующих контактов с партнерами в сфере эффективной энергетики, устойчивого развития, экологии, науки и технологий, логистики.
Одно из значимых мероприятий во время председательства Беларуси в ЦЕИ в 2017 году - заседание Парламентского комитета парламентского измерения на тему "Интеллектуализация экономики в регионе ЦЕИ: инновационное производство, управление и человеческий капитал". Активную работу по его подготовке провела верхняя палата белорусского парламента.
Заседание Парламентского комитета дает возможность показать достижения Беларуси в области инновационного производства, развития IТ, человеческого капитала, научной и научно-технической деятельности. Итогом станет принятие документа, в котором найдут отражение базовые принципы совместной работы в сфере интеллектуализации экономики в регионе ЦЕИ.
Беларусь стала членом ЦЕИ в июне 1996 года, а в 2017 году страна впервые приняла на себя председательство в инициативе. Девиз председательства - продвижение совместимости в Большой Европе. Под этим понимается развитие всего спектра соединений и взаимодействий как между странами региона, так и различными интеграционными площадками, включая ЕС, ЕАЭС, "Восточное партнерство" и другие организации.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
