当地时间4月15日，中联重科在白俄罗斯明斯克州中白工业园举行了隆重的奠基仪式，标志着中联重科中白工业园项目正式开工建设。
白俄罗斯谢玛什克副总理，湖南省政府代表团团长、省委书记杜家毫，中国驻白俄罗斯大使崔启明，中白工业园CEO胡政，中联重科董事长詹纯新，中联重科副总裁熊焰明，共同出席奠基仪式。中国领事馆、商会、以及湖南省多家知名企业代表等逾百人参加当日活动。
白俄罗斯副总理谢玛什克出席奠基仪式并发表讲话。他强调，这一项目是落实中白两国元首关于建立“中白全面战略伙伴关系”的一个重要成果。他还高度评价了中白经贸关系，尤其是白俄罗斯与湖南省之间的合作。谢玛什克同时表示，中白工业园的建设正在快速推进，前期基础施工已经完成，未来一年半内所有必需的基础设施都将建成。
湖南省政府代表团团长、省委书记杜家毫在致词中说，中联重科白俄工业园项目在中白工业园奠基，是湖南省以实际行动落实两国元首关于“开创全面战略伙伴关系新时代”互访成果的重大举措，也是湖南积极响应国家“一带一路”建设战略、加强与白俄罗斯经贸合作的重要成果。希望中联重科在白俄罗斯工业部、明斯克州等有关方面一如既往的关心支持下，加强规划论证和科学设计，认真组织实施，确保项目质量，尽快达产见效，共同把中联重科白俄工业园打造成中白工业园乃至“丝绸之路经济带”上的璀璨明珠。他同时表示，湖南将以中联重科白俄工业园建设为契机，进一步深化同白俄罗斯地方政府及有关方面在装备制造、能源、交通等领域的交流合作，拉紧共同利益纽带，努力实现更宽领域、更高水平、更深层次的互利共赢。
中联重科董事长詹纯新在致辞中表示，中联重科白俄罗斯工业园项目，正是贯彻落实中白两国元首关于建立中白全面战略伙伴关系的具体体现。项目占地200亩，总投资3000万美金，将成为混凝土机械、工程起重机械、环卫机械及农业机械等设备的本地化研发生产基地，投产后年销售收入将达3亿美元。在白俄罗斯这个美丽的国度，在中白两国政府支持与各方努力下，中联重科白俄工业园必将为两国人民创造更多价值、承载更多友谊，成为中白经贸合作的一个典范。
据悉，早在2015年12月，中联重科与白俄罗斯当地知名企业MAZ集团合资的首批产品就已经下线，其中40吨和60吨的汽车起重机，16吨的环卫扫路车，获得白俄罗斯工业部部长沃夫科先生高度评价。2016年4月份白俄罗斯卢卡申科总统视察MAZ集团，首批ZOOMLION -MAZ合资产品得到了总统先生的积极肯定。2017年2月，中联重科与MAZ的合资公司正式成立。合资公司的成立是既定商业模式在白俄罗斯当地的积极、稳健的实施，将极大促进中联重科中白工业园项目的建设和运营。
除与MAZ集团的合作外，中联重科还在白俄罗斯积极拓展如环境、农机等领域的合作。2017年4月14日，在莫吉廖夫州，中联重科董事长詹纯新与副州长涅克拉舍维奇，在湖南省委书记杜家毫和莫吉廖夫州长多玛耶夫斯基见证下签订垃圾综合处理项目合作意向。
当地时间15日上午，中联重科白俄罗斯工业园项目在明斯克中白工业园奠基，力争打造成为中白工业园乃至“丝绸之路经济带”上的璀璨明珠。白俄罗斯副总理谢玛什科，湖南省委书记、省人大常委会主任杜家毫出席并致辞。
白俄罗斯把中白工业园起名为“巨石”，寓意将中白工业园打造成奠定中白合作的友好巨石。入驻中白工业园的中联重科白俄工业园项目占地200亩，总投资5000万美金，将成为混凝土机械、工程起重机械、环卫机械及农业机械等设备的本地化研发生产基地，投产后年销售收入将达3亿美元。
白俄罗斯副总理谢玛什科在奠基仪式上说，近年来，白中两国友谊不断深化，合作不断加强，加快共建“一带一路”。中联重科白俄罗斯工业园项目就是其中的典范之作。相信在白中双方的共同努力下，中联重科白俄工业园项目的产品不仅会打开白俄市场，也将迅速抢占欧亚经济联盟和东欧各国市场。相信依托相互信任、合作共赢的白中全面战略伙伴关系， 两国经贸投资合作将提高到新的水平。
