白俄罗斯与中国建交２５年来，两国间议会交往不断发展，密切而富有成果的议会交往成为两国全面战略伙伴关系的重要基础之一。在中国全国人大常委会委员长张德江访白前夕，白俄罗斯国民会议共和国院（议会上院）主席米亚斯尼科维奇对新华社记者这样说。
米亚斯尼科维奇在接受记者专访时表示，白方高度评价历次两国议会领导人互访的成果，认为两国议会领导人继续进行建设性交往非常重要，这种交往也有利于两国在经济领域的务实合作。
米亚斯尼科维奇说，白中议会领导人互访以及两国议员在国际组织中的协作是两国关系发展的重要因素。去年９月，白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科对中国进行国事访问时与中方商定，两国建设相互信任、合作共赢的全面战略伙伴关系，使两国关系达到前所未有的高水平。
米亚斯尼科维奇表示：“建立高水平伙伴关系和发展全天候友谊，是两国建交２５年来双边关系发展的最主要政治成果。”
米亚斯尼科维奇说，近年来，两国高层互访日趋活跃，白俄罗斯几乎所有国家机关都与中方建立了伙伴关系，双方积极制定并实施相关双边项目。白俄罗斯各州及首都明斯克与中国相关省市建立了兄弟关系。
米亚斯尼科维奇说，在当下世界大国政治中出现太多不确定性之时，中国起到了全球发展稳定器的作用。
他表示，不管外部因素如何，白中全天候的合作使两国得以朝着建立利益共同体和命运共同体的方向继续前行。
谈到中国国家主席习近平提出的“构建人类命运共同体”理念首次被载入联合国安理会决议，米亚斯尼科维奇说，白俄罗斯完全赞同中方这一理念的基本原则，愿与中国和联合国其他会员国一道执行联合国相关决议，以实现世界的长期和平、普遍安全与共同繁荣。
他表示，白俄罗斯愿在互利共赢基础上，与中国共同推进丝绸之路经济带建设，并扩大与中国在经贸、金融、投资、科技、能源、航天、交通、信息技术、农业、人文等领域的合作。
米亚斯尼科维奇指出，中国非常重视反腐工作，相关立法工作取得了巨大进步。白俄罗斯对中国的司法改革经验很感兴趣，希望在反腐方面与中国相互学习。
米亚斯尼科维奇说，白俄罗斯对欧亚经济联盟建设与“一带一路”建设对接寄予厚望，白方将积极参与其中，并将为对接创造良好条件。
