建交25年来，两国始终保持着高水平的战略协作，双边关系不断迈向新的台阶。特别是去年两国元首决定将双边关系提升为相互信任、合作共赢的全面战略伙伴关系，更是开启了两国关系发展的新时代。
中白检察机关一直保持着密切交流合作，与两国关系发展同向而行、同频共振。特别是阁下始终高度重视、全心致力于推进两国检察交流合作，2013年以来先后4次访华，在国际舞台上与中方密切配合，不仅巩固了我们兄弟般的情谊，更为两国检察交往注入了源源不断的动力。
曹建明表示，在中白建交25周年之际，我受阁下盛邀率团访白，不仅将掀开两国检察机关友好交往新篇章，也将赋予中白全面战略伙伴关系新的内涵。
中方愿继续巩固和发展双方兄弟般的友好情谊，细化实化双方今后一个时期的合作计划，持续增进政治互信，积极应对走私、毒品、贩卖人口、洗钱等传统犯罪的威胁和新型网络暴恐犯罪的挑战，主动精准对接两国发展战略，共同维护和发展好上合组织成员国总检察长会议机制这一重要平台，维护地区安全稳定，更好造福两国人民。
科纽克热烈欢迎曹建明率团访白。他说，阁下此次来访，体现了对发展白中检察友好关系的高度重视，为今后发展注入了强劲动力。

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
