Белорусские специалисты посетили Нововоронежскую атомную станцию для получения опыта работы с противоаварийной документацией и проведения противоаварийных тренировок.
В соответствии с требованиями государственных надзорных органов персонал атомной станции должен быть готов к ликвидации аварии и совершению противоаварийных действия ещё до пусковых операций на АЭС - к моменту завоза топлива. Поэтому наличие полного пакета противоаварийной документации является основным условием для получения лицензии на эксплуатацию энергоблоков атомной станции, - рассказал руководитель группы инженерной поддержки Белорусской атомной электростанции Дмитрий Завьялов.
Белорусская АЭС сооружается в Островецком районе Гродненской области по инновационному проекту с реакторами ВВЭР-1200 «поколения 3+». По этому же проекту в России сооружаются энергоблоки Ленинградской и Нововоронежской АЭС. Именно поэтому белорусские коллеги часто посещают Нововоронеж для обмена опытом.
Визит белорусских атомщиков для получения опыта работы с противоаварийной документацией состоялся в рамках реализации «Плана мероприятий Росатома по созданию инфраструктуры атомной энергетики Республики Беларусь на 2015 –2017 гг.». В числе этих мероприятий семинары, совещания, технические туры белорусских специалистов на российские атомные станции с реакторами ВВЭР-1200, а также стажировка сотрудников Белорусской атомной станции в Проектном офисе «Международный центр подготовки персонала» Нововоронежской АЭС.
В 2016 году в проектном офисе Нововоронежской АЭС прошли стажировку 72 работника Белорусской атомной станции. А в текущем году планируется обучение 159 коллег из дружественной республики. Также 2017 году состоится 5 технических туров белорусских атомщиков на Нововоронежскую АЭС.
Во время технических визитов на российские АЭС и предприятия атомной отрасли белорусские специалисты знакомятся с проведением пуско-наладочных работ атомной станции, процедурой ввода в эксплуатацию полномасштабных тренажеров и их эксплуатацией, оценкой опыта эксплуатации стендов испытания и ремонта тепло-выделяющих сборок, технологией обращения с имитаторами ТВС, с вопросами организации работы по охране окружающей среды и многими другими.
