Присутствующих в зале представителей МИД Республики Беларусь, посольства КНР в Беларуси, членов общества дружбы «Беларусь-Китай», активистов Белорусского общества дружбы и культурной связи с зарубежными странами приветствовал председатель общества «Беларусь-Китай», профессор, дипломат Анатолий Тозик.
Начальник Управления Азии, Австралии и Океании МИД Беларуси Андрей Гринкевич отметил, что: «Беларусь и Китай заключили пакет соглашений и меморандумов о развитии сотрудничества в разных сферах. Соответствующие документы подписаны сегодня в Пекине в присутствии глав государств Александра Лукашенко и Си Цзиньпина».
С приветственным словом обратился также, к гостям и участникам вечера Временный поверенный в делах КНР в Республике Беларусь Ло Джанхой: «Я очень рад встретиться с белорусскими друзьями из разных кругов, вместе отпраздновать 67-ю годовщину со дня основания Китайской Народной Республики.
За последние 67 года, особенно за 38 лет реформ и открытости, Китай достиг огромных успехов и сделал исторический прыжок в повышении социальных производительных сил, общей мощи государства и уровня жизни населения, а также внес важный вклад в мир и развитие мира.
2016 год – это год начала 13-й (тринадцатой) пятилетки, товарищ Си Цзиньпин в качестве генерального секретаря ЦК КПК объединил многонациональный народ страны для упорной борьбы, партийно-государственная деятельность в различных сферах получила больших успехов. На фоне слабого восстановления мировой экономики, экономика Китая выдержала нисходящее давление, в первой половине нынешнего года достигла роста 6,7% и работает в разумных пределах. Китай остается ключевым двигателем глобального экономического роста. В начале сентября Китай спешно провел саммит G20 в Ханчжоу, что вдохнуло новые жизненные силы в рост мировой экономики.
Благодаря личной заботе и продвижению председателя Си Цзиньпин и президента Лукашенко, в 2016 году китайско-белорусские отношения развивались ускоренными темпами, сотрудничество в различных областях всесторонне развивается, стороны продолжают твердо поддерживать друг друга по важнейшим интересам и ключевым вопросам, касающихся обеих стран, содержание отношений всестороннего стратегического партнерства между двумя странами становится все более богатым и прочным. Наши отношения стали образцом отношений между двумя странами в современном мире. В конце этого месяца президент Лукашенко посетит Китай с государственным визитом. Главы обеих стран осуществят долгосрочное планирование на высшем уровне развития и углубления китайско-белорусских отношений всестороннего стратегического партнерства. Надеемся, что данный визит станет решающим моментом для дальнейшего обогащения китайско-белорусской стратегической ценности, окажет всестороннее содействие прагматическому сотрудничеству во всех областях, продвинет двусторонние отношения на новый уровень на благо двух стран и народов двух стран.»
В вечере посвящённый Дню образования Китайской Народной Республики в Доме Дружбы приняли участие солисты Национального Академического Большого театра оперы и балета Беларуси заслуженная артистка Республики Беларусь Елена Сало и Александр Михнюк.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
