Беларусь рассматривает Всемирный банк в качестве важного и серьезного партнера, заявил сегодня первый заместитель премьер-министра Беларуси Василий Матюшевский на встрече с директором Всемирного банка по Украине, Беларуси и Молдове Сату Кахконен, сообщили в пресс-службе белорусского правительства.
"Беларусь рассматривает Всемирный банк в качестве важного и серьезного партнера. Мы придаем большое значение углублению нашего сотрудничества и расширению сфер взаимодействия, и надеемся, что и дальше Всемирный банк будет оказывать существенную поддержку в тех отраслях, где наши стратегии совпадают. Мы приветствуем тот взвешенный и индивидуальный подход к анализу экономической ситуации в нашей стране и отсутствие шаблонных предложений, а также приверженность банка своему мандату", - отметил Василий Матюшевский.
Первый вице-премьер подчеркнул, что у белорусского правительства со Всемирным банком сложились по-настоящему доверительные отношения. "В программу деятельности правительства на среднесрочную перспективу заложены достаточно амбициозные задачи и широкий комплекс мер по направлениям модернизации экономики. В рамках выработанной программы действий на пятилетку мы намерены придерживаться намеченного курса на обеспечение макроэкономической стабильности и модернизации экономики на основе развитого частного сектора и эффективного государственного регулирования экономики", - пояснил он.
Василий Матюшевский заверил, что правительство Беларуси будет оказывать пристальное внимание сотрудничеству с международными финансовыми организациями по проведению структурных преобразований. Они затронут достаточно широкий спектр направлений. "От Всемирного банка мы рассчитываем получить поддержку в реализации намеченных планов правительства по ряду стратегически важных инвестиционных проектов. Позвольте выразить надежду, что мы не остановимся на достигнутом и продолжим углублять наше сотрудничество", - резюмировал первый вице-премьер.
В свою очередь Сату Кахконен отметила, что намерена поддержать и сохранить то доверие, которое сформировалось во взаимоотношениях правительства Беларуси и Всемирного банка. "Безусловно, существуют определенные экономические правила и законы, которые действуют для всех стран, но подходы необходимо адаптировать с учетом особенностей каждой страны. Я должна отметить те положительные шаги, которые в течение последнего года были предприняты белорусским правительством по реализации структурных реформ. Со стороны Всемирного банка мы готовы оказывать вам в этом поддержку", - заверила Сату Кахконен.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
