Состоялась церемония посвящённая завершению работ по возведению основных несущих металлоконструкций Логистических складов и выставочного центра объекта "Чайна Мерчантс китайско-белорусский коммерческийи логистический парк первой очереди» в Смолевичском районе Минской области. Генеральный представитель представительства "Чайна Мерчантс Групп» в районах Центральной Азии и Балтии Ху Чжэн выступил с приветственным словом на церемонии. Он отметил выские темыпы и качество стройки и пожелал всем участникам успехов.
Заместитель главы администрации Китайско-Белорусского индустриального парка «Индустриальный парк «Великий камень» Игорь Лещенок в интервью Радио «Беларусь» отметил: «… мы положительно оцениваем строительство данного логистического центра. В большей степени он нацелен на новый Экономический пояс Шёлкового пути, на новое движение товаров. Количество компаний, которые уже зарегистрированы – 8 резидентов парка «Великий камень», они находятся в разной стадии. Кто-то в стадии устроительства, как "Чайна Мерчантс Групп», кто-то ещё только проектирует, анализирует рынок, готовится к проектным и строительным работам. Но, у нас уже имеется целый ряд наработок с другими компаниями, новыми, которые приходят в парк. Буквально на прошлой неделе мы зарегистрировали компанию, пока не как резидента, но в парке, она учреждена известной компанией «Kronospan». Они планируют здесь стать резидентом «Парка», построить большое производство. У нас есть договорённость и зарегистрированы компании с румынским капиталом, капиталом из Молдовы, то есть, уже вектор немного меняется и мы этому рады, европейские компании начинают проявлять интерес, если до этого было 8 компаний и 7 из них с китайским капиталом и одна белорусская, то сейчас уже есть интерес со стороны Европы. Помимо этого у нас заключено около 50 рамочных соглашений. Над 20 ключевыми мы активно работаем. Здесь задействованы и наши проектные институты на адаптацию документации, задействованы наши строители, задействованы наши компании инжиниринговые, со всей страны рабочие и строители. На данном объекте их меньше, здесь в основном китайские рабочие, но на других объектах достаточно много, задействована наша техника. Эта стройка – локомотив движения в дальнейшем всех процессов, переходя на производственные, оказание услуг после окончания строительства. Понятно, это и новые рабочие места, достаточно высокооплачиваемые. И в целом, привлечение внимания к нашей стране, к Республике Беларусь. Это такая точка в стране, которая будет привлекать внимание международного бизнеса, мы надеемся, он будет приходить в Беларусь, узнавать Беларусь и не обязательно по «Индустриальному парку «Великий камень».
