作为光影艺术与文化载体的融合，中国电影从1905年诞生至此，已经不知不觉在中华大地走过了111个年头的发展历程。
白俄罗斯国际广播电台信息网频道（记者：紫萱）报道，2016年5月17日由白俄罗斯文化部、中国驻白俄罗斯大使馆、中国中央电视台电影频道、白俄罗斯电影制片厂和中国电影博物馆共同举办的“中国电影111年回顾展”在白俄罗斯国家图书馆拉开了序幕。
白俄罗斯文化部第一副部长伊丽娜·得力佳女士、中国驻白俄罗斯大使崔启明先生、中国中央电视台电影频道第一副主任张玲女士、白俄罗斯电影制片厂伊戈尔·波尔甚聂夫先生、中国电影博物馆第一副馆长李米莉女士出席了开幕式并致辞。
中国中央电视台电影频道第一副主任张玲女士指出，文化方面的合作前途也很阔大：“去年5月份中国国家主席习近平到白俄罗斯进行访问，两国领导人发表了联合声明，一致决定将中新关系确定为与时俱进的全方位合作伙伴关系。今日中白关系在各种方面的交流越来越发达，文化方面的合作前途也很阔大。例如我们这一次的电影展也是非常重要的文化活动，因为电影本身是一个生动兴国的载体，对国与国之间的文化交流是一个天然的载体。我第一次来白俄罗斯，感觉非常好，自然很美，白俄罗斯人也非常热情。我很希望白俄罗斯喜欢我们的这一次电影展，喜欢我们的电影片！”
中国电影博物馆第一副馆长李米莉女士指出，白中两国外交关系在文化合作领域取得丰硕成果：“我们昨天刚刚去过白俄罗斯电影制片厂，跟厂长谈过邀请白俄罗斯的电影到中国电影博物馆去做展映。昨天我们谈得非常愉快。我们这一次的展览里面其中还有一个内容：就是我们有一个去年有一部拍的特别好看的电影叫“寻龙诀”要在你们的国家电视台布放”。
此次电影回顾展主要采用图片结合汉俄双语的海报形式向观众介绍了中国电影在过去111年走过的发展历程。其中包括与中国电影相关的历史，年代、奖项、模式的介绍，比如第一部中国电影《定军山》、第一部长故事片和短故事片的制作年份、第一部有声电影的试制、第一部抗战电影的产生背景、第一部获得国际奖影片的情节内容以及中国最早的几个电影放映场所、第一个电影机构和使诞生了中华人民共和国国歌的电影等等相关内容的介绍
“中国电影111年回顾展”在一个月之内展出，给白俄罗斯人提供一个了解中国的机会。
