Belarus' parliamentary delegation led by Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova is set to take part in the events of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on 16-17 November, BelTA learned from the press service of the upper house of parliament.
The CIS IPA Council meeting will be held at the Ala-Archa State Residence on 16 November. Plans are in place to discuss topical issues on the agenda, take stock of the activities carried out in 2023, and provide information on the observance of of election campaigns in the CIS. The CIS IPA Standing Commissions on Political Affairs and International Cooperation and on Social Policy and Human Rights as well as the CIS Youth Inter-Parliamentary Assembly will hold meetings on the same day. The Belarusian delegation will take part in the international conference dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
The 56th plenary session of the CIS IPA will take place on 17 November. Special attention will be paid to the role of the Russian language as a language of interethnic communication in the CIS. The MPs also plan to consider a number of model bills in ecology, security and law. The Belarusian parliamentary delegation will take part in an international conference to mark the 95th birthday of Chinghiz Aitmatov.

Lieber Dietmar,
das ist wirklich ein Dudelsack :) In Belarus wird es aber Dudá genannt. Eigentlich ist Duda ein belarussisches traditionelles Musikinstrument. Übrigens gibt es viele Arten und Formen von Dudelsack in verschiedenen Kulturen und Ländern von Südamerica bis Indien.
PS: das Lied ist Каляда На Балоце von Тутэйшая Шляхта. ;)

Хацелася б даведацца, цi плануе радыёстанцыя вяшчанне на FM у Мiнску, бо ў заходнiх рэгiёнах Беларусi радыёстанцыя на FM працуе. У шматнацыянальным Мiнску жыве шмат замежных грамадзян, таксама прыязджаюць турысты, якiя б маглi даведацца пра тое, што аббываецца ў краiне i за яе межамi праз радыё Беларусь. На сёння ў Мiнску няма нiводнай англамоўнай цi iншамоўнай радыёстанцыi. З павагай, ваш слухач Сяргей.
