Belarus present at Salon du Livre Paris

The Belarusian booth at the Salon du Livre Paris (Paris Book Fair) featured products by three Belarusian publishing houses, BelTA reports.

The participation of the Belarusian delegation in the book forum has been arranged with assistance of the Embassy of Belarus in France within the framework of the Belarusian Culture Days in France. Multiple visitors can now get familiar with the books published in Belarus in Belarusian, Russian, French, and English. It is the first time that Belarusian publishing houses have presented their editions at this prestigious book expo, which is taking place in Paris. The expo represents a good opportunity for showing one’s own products in addition to learning the best practices of the international book printing industry.

The International Book Fair takes place in Paris every March and is one of the most important and well-known events in the book publishing industry. Every year the Salon du Livre Paris gathers over 1,000 publishing houses from 50 countries across the globe.
