Plans for 2014 to strengthen practical cooperation within CSTO discussed in Minsk

        Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei and Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolai Bordyuzha discussed plans for 2014 to strengthen practical cooperation within CSTO.
At the meeting the officials discussed topical issues of the international agenda, as well as the implementation of the decisions previously approved by the Presidents of CSTO members.
In particular, Nikolai Bordyuzha thanked the Belarusian side for prompt consideration of logistical assistance to Tajikistan to strengthen the Tajik-Afghan border, and reported on the implementation of a relevant decision by the of the Collective Security Council.
