The new premises of the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War will be fitted with 67 multimedia systems.

       The piece of news was released by the Museum’s Director Nikolai Skobelev at a press conference.
According to the source, the museum will utilize modern technologies just the way it is done abroad. But still museum matters will remain at the heart of the museum.
        The new premises will have ten halls. Museum workers are already settling in.
At present the museum holdings contain slightly more than 143,000 articles. The museum personnel will work hard to showcase the largest number of articles possible. The formation of the museum exposition will be finished before the opening ceremony.
      Upon the initiative of the Belarus president the construction of the new building of the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War began in April 2010.
