Belarusians advised against visiting Egyptian towns outside resort areas

      In connection with the increasing tensions in Egypt, the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Belarus recommends Belarusian nationals to avoid visiting Egyptian towns outside resort areas, we learned from the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
The Foreign Ministry advises against leaving resort areas, and exercising heightened caution while staying outside hotels.
     On 24 January five bombs were detonated in different regions of Cairo killing at least six people and injuring tens of others. Resumed clashes between the Egyptian security forces and ousted President Mohamed Morsi’s supporters came on the eve of the third anniversary of the 2011 uprising against President Hosni Mubarak.
