Games of Future winners crowned in Astana

The Games of the Future, the third edition of the international forum blending digital and classical sports, has concluded in Astana, Kazakhstan, BelTA has learned.

More than 800 competitors from dozens of countries took part in the event, including some of the world’s most renowned esports teams. In total, participants vied for the top spot across eight disciplines ranging from combined virtual-physical events to standalone computer and mobile games. Matches were held at four major venues across Astana.


The winners of the third edition of the Games of the Future are:

Phygital Football: NS Team (Argentina)

Phygital Basketball: Liga Pro Team (Russia)

Phygital Martial Arts: Archangel Michael (Russia)

Phygital Dance: Franco Vitali (Argentina)

Tactical Shooting: Team KZ (Kazakhstan)

Battle Royale (PUBG: Battlegrounds): 17 Gaming (China)

MOBA PC (Dota 2): PlayTime (Peru)

MOBA Mobile (MLBB): Bigetron by Vitality (Indonesia)

Belarus was represented in three disciplines. Minsk House secured third place in phygital shooting (tactical shooting). In phygital basketball, the Minsk club advanced to the quarterfinals. In phygital dance, Daniil Cherepko concluded his run in the first round of the playoffs.

The Games of the Future ran from 29 July to 9 August, with Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev officially opening the tournament. The first Games were hosted by Russia in 2024, while the second edition was organized in the UAE in 2025. The fourth Games of the Future are set to take place in 2027, with Brazil, Serbia, South Africa, and Uzbekistan vying to host.
