The second power unit of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant (BelNPP) has been reconnected to the grid, BelTA learned from the nuclear plant.
“On 4 August at 7:45, following diagnostic checks of the electrical equipment, power unit No. 2 of the BelNPP was brought back online and reached nominal operating parameters,” the plant said.
Further operation of the power unit is conducted in compliance with the technological procedures.
Power unit No. 2 was disconnected from the grid at the end of July.
