Kozintsev: Cooperation with Latin America is of great importance for Belarus

      Cooperation with the countries of Latin America is of great importance for Belarus, said Viktor Kozintsev, who was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Argentina.
        "We see that the market is open for our country. If we take a look at the whole Latin America, Argentina has a great importance for us, along with Venezuela and Brazil. Trade and economic relations with Argentina are currently underdeveloped, but there are prospects to deliver Belarusian agricultural and automotive equipment there, among other goods,” said Viktor Kozintsev.
"We can use the Argentinean market as a platform and extend our reach into other states: Chile, Peru, Uruguay," said the Ambassador. According to him, certain groundwork for the development of bilateral relations with these countries has already been laid. Chile and Peru have already accredited their Ambassadors to Belarus. Uruguay also views Belarus as a promising partner and intends to develop contacts.
       Viktor Kozintsev believes that in the future Belarus will actively cooperate with Argentina and other Latin American countries.
