Belarus’ Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Australia to the Russian Federation and concurrently to the Republic of Belarus Paul Myler. “During the meeting the parties discussed the state and prospects of bilateral political relations, cooperation within international organizations, particularly the United Nations, and reviewed trade and economic cooperation, including possible joint projects. The parties also considered the development of the legal framework, the ways of enhancing cooperation in education, science, culture and tourism, and other areas of mutually beneficial cooperation,” the press service informed.
The Ambassador of Australia presented the copies of his credentials to the head of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
