Lukashenko: Belarus-Russia alliance is successful due to interregional ties

          President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has expressed condolences to President of the Philippines Benigno Aquino III, the people of the Philippines, families and friends of the victims of a strong typhoon.
          The typhoon hit the country on 8 November. It brought winds of 315km/h, with gusts of 379km/h. Waves were as high as 6m near the islands of Samar and Leyte. The super typhoon has virtually destroyed the city of Tacloban with the population of 220,000 people. The number of people injured by the typhoon reached 9.5 million.
