Listapad 2013 Grand Prix goes to Pawlikowski’s Ida

       Listapad International Film Festival came to its conclusion over the weekend.
The Golden Grand Prix went to Pawel Pawlikowski’s Ida (Poland-Denmark) narrating about the occupied Poland during WWII. 
     The international jury of cinematography press presented the film Ida with Listapad Silver Award in the nomination “Film as an Art Phenomenon” and actress Agata Kulesza with the Award for Best Supporting Actress. Yury Marukhin Memorial Award for Best Cinematography also went to Poland-Denmark movie Ida.
The Award for Best Director was taken by Jia Zhang-Ke’s A Touch of Sin (China-Japan-France). Kira Muratova’s Eternal Homecoming (Ukraine) and Corneliu Porumboiu’s When Evening Falls on Bucharest or Methabolism (Romania-France) got special jury awards, For Aesthetic Audacity.
