Belarus and Turkey agreed to develop joint exhibition activities, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Mikhail Myatlikov told media. The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held talks with Tuyap Exhibition Group, Turkey's largest exhibition company. "We have agreed to jointly develop the exhibition activity, and discussed the possibility of granting fee discounts to Belarusian companies for participation in international exhibitions in Istanbul. The city hosts more than 120 exhibitions a year. Taking into account the agreed financial terms, this will be interesting to business representatives of Belarus,” said Mikhail Myatlikov.
The parties agreed to share their experience, which the BCCI may use when implementing the project to build the international exhibition center in Belarus. A meeting was held at Istanbul's Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is the largest Chamber of Commerce in Turkey. "We discussed the organization of Turkish exhibitions in Belarus, and the participation of Turkish companies in the Belagro agro exhibition which is traditionally held in Belarus in June,” said Mikhail Myatlikov.
