President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed the implementation of previous agreements at the talks in Astana.
Alexander Lukashenko stressed that regular meetings between leaders of the two countries was a very correct practice and encourages responsible parties in Belarus and Kazakhstan to fulfill the tasks they are given.
The Belarus President remarked that the two nations have a lot in common and are accustomed to earning their own living. “As the presidents we try to build a solid foundation for future generations, for those, who will come after us. So that the policy we now pursue would become the foundation of their efforts. The fact that interests of our nations are the cornerstone of our mutual relations means a lot, there is no doubt, it will always be welcomed by new generations,” said Alexander Lukashenko.
