Azarenka advances to Charleston Open round three

Victoria Azarenka of Belarus has won her clash over Sloane Stephens of the United States, 3-6, 6-3, 6-2, to make the Charleston Open round of 16, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian will next face Russia’s Anna Kalinskaya on Friday.

Belarus’ Aliaksandra Sasnovich lost to Sofia Kenin of the United States, 1-6, 7-6, 1-6, in the opener.
