Belarus, Tajikistan to expand business contacts

Director of the National Center for Marketing and Price Study Nikolai Borisevich and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Belarus Makhmadsharif Khakdod discussed how to make the most of cooperation opportunities in trade and economy, BelTA learned from the center.

During the negotiations, the Tajikistan diplomat was told what tools the National Center for Marketing uses to support foreign economic activity. An agreement was reached to make a presentation of the center for the Tajikistan business delegation planning to visit Belarus in June 2022.

The National Center for Marketing is interested in establishing partnerships with the Tajikistan authorities responsible for public procurement. The center also suggested holding a webinar jointly with the embassies of Belarus and Tajikistan to discuss the terms of economic operations in the two countries.

The interlocutors agreed that the agreements reached should be implemented in the foreseeable future given the mutual determination to expand business contacts between the two countries.
