Belarus, Iran have potential for all-round cooperation

Belarus and Iran have potential for cooperation in all areas, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Belarus Saeed Yari told the media as part of his meeting with Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko on 10 March, BelTA has learned.

“We are thinking about comprehensive relations with Belarus and believe that there is potential for interaction in all the areas,” said Saeed Yari.

According to him, the two countries prioritize economic cooperation. “I would also like to note that there are opportunities for cooperation in science and technology, education. We can say that the main basis for the development of all these areas is good political relations between our countries. There is a very high level of trust between our countries. We hope that in the near future we develop more actively in all the areas,” said the ambassador.
