Belarus, China discuss development of traditional Chinese medicine in Belarus

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China Yuri Senko visited the Jintai Institute of Culture and Economics in Beijing on 15 May, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in China.

Ambassador Yuri Senko met with President of the institute Cai Chuanqing, the initiator of the traditional Chinese medicine project in the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone, and Director General of China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd Wang Yuhang. The Novoera Biotech company that is implementing was registered as a resident company of the Great Stone industrial park on 18 March 2021.

The parties discussed efforts to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and overcome its aftermath and reviewed the plans to promote traditional Chinese medicine in Belarus and Europe in general. They also considered holding an international forum to discuss this topic in the Great Stone industrial park.
