Student national volleyball team of Belarus won a third consecutive victory at 2013 Universiade in Kazan

Student national volleyball team of Belarus won a third consecutive victory, defeating Estonia 3-0 in group A third round match of the 2013 Universiade in Kazan. Prior to that, Belarus defeated Hong Kong and the United States. At the preliminary stage Belarus is yet to meet with South Korea (July 10) and Russia (11 July). Belarus and the Russian team scored maximum (9 points) in the three opening matches. Russians had no trouble in a fight with the U.S. team defeating them 3-0. Earlier, Russians also scored 3-0 victories over South Korea and Hong Kong (China). Russia topped the subgroup A on the strength of additional indicators. After the Russians and Belarusians come teams of South Korea (6 points, 3 games), Estonia (3, 3), Hong Kong (China) (0, 3) and the U.S. (0.3).
